About Ayurveda
Ayurveda dates back around 5,000 years and has its roots in the ancient scriptures of the Vedas, written by Lord Brahma himself. Of the four Vedas Rig, Sama, Yajur, and Atharva Ayurveda takes its origin from the Atharva Veda, which contains the principles of healing and well-being. Ayurveda enhances longevity by keeping the mind, body, and spirit in harmony and has been the mother of many traditional healing methods such as Tibetan, Chinese, and Greek systems.
Ayurveda has eight vital sections, which are known as Ashtanga Hridaya. They are internal medicine, surgery, organic medicine, paediatrics, toxicology, rejuvenation therapy, aphrodisiac remedies, and spiritual healing. This complete and holistic system of ancient origin, which reorganizes the mind, body, and spirit, has become popular in today’s hectic modern life and has been adopted by many as a solution to various health problems.
