Maruthua Pharma is a front runner among the Ayurveda Drug manufactures with its headquarters in Trivandrum, the capital city of Kerala,India.A brainchild of Mr. B.Sasidharan,the products of the company are distributed nationwide and is of equal demand in the Middle East as well.

Found in 1983 the company owns its lineage to Mr.Sasidharan’s age old family tradition of brewing herbal concoctions to help the needy among the society. Inspired by this Mr.Sasidharan began his own company on the strong foundation of commitment and sincerity. With the wholesome support of his immediate kith and kin and the technical guidance from leading Ayurvedic physicians, the company grew into the one of the most trusted and popular manufacturing company in the Ayurvedic sector.These days Mr Dave.S younger son of Mr Sasidharan.B, is with him lending his heart and soul for the growth and development of the company.

The company which started with an initial investment of Rs.5000 is now a reputed multi-crore initiative with a turn over of more than 9 crores in the year 2011-12.By 1990 the products were made available all over the leading medical shops and super markets in Kerala.The most popular product of Maruthua turned out to be Panchajeeraka Gudam which constitutes to 90% of its turn over.With the help of sufficient exposure and publicity through advertisement in the print and electronic media the sales of the various products grew resulting in the large scale expansion of the company.

After having grown as a formidable force in the Ayurveda market of Kerala,the company established itself in Karnataka and Tamilnadu.There are distribution channels in Delhi,Mumbai and Middle East.

The company has plans to branch out to the production of new and innovative products like hair tonics,hair oils,face cream and other 12+proprietary medicines and to launch 250 general medicines which are to be sold through medical shops or Franchisees in collaboration with Maruthua
